Please read these terms carefully before booking a service with Magic Valley Junk Removal & Demolition. These terms govern your use of our website and services.
1. Acceptance of terms
By contacting or using the services of Magic Valley Junk Removal & Demolition, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Use of services
Our services include junk removal, demolition, estate cleanouts, yard debris removal, and construction debris removal. Services are performed by appointment and are subject to availability in our service area. We reserve the right to decline any job that poses a safety risk or falls outside our scope of operations.
3. Pricing and payment
All pricing is based on volume and type of material. A free on-site estimate is provided before any work begins. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and Venmo.
4. Cancellations and refunds
We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Jobs may be rescheduled at no charge with adequate notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Limitation of liability
Magic Valley Junk Removal & Demolition is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are fully licensed and insured for all services we perform.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Idaho. Any disputes arising from these terms or the services we provide shall be resolved in the courts of Twin Falls County, Idaho.
